In May of 2005, we decided we should try fostering kittens, to ease the pain of the loss of one of our cats. We lost Pepper on a Saturday, and 3 days later, we got a call that there was a litter of 6 orange tabbies that needed a foster home. That was when it all began. The title may make you scratch your head, but I was always amazed at the amount of noise these tiny little kittens can make when they are playing. From the living room, it does indeed sound like we have elephants upstairs.

good days
Bosley loves the sun beam.
I hope that doesn't jinx it, but Boz has had a couple of pretty good days. He is eating now, for the third round this evening. He has been vomiting a bit, but it seems to be early in the morning, and then after he throws up, he goes back to eating, and keeps it down. I find myself looking hard for any kind of pattern. Not sure there is one, but I keep looking.
Need to get the belly in the sun!
For now, we just keep doing what we're doing, and hope he has more good days. Who knows, maybe he will get to 2lbs! We can sure hope.
Bentley and Boz snooze. Bookends...sorta.
Thanks to all of you guys for your thoughts and prayers. I think Bosley can feel the love!
Buck sometimes thinks Boz is his toy.

*cries some more*
boz, you've stolen my heart. xoxo
But Mom, I'm doin' double duty here... didn't you see the bath? Then it's time to teach Boz to rumble like a respectable mancat! If doin' mom and dad stuff isn't being sweet, I sure don't know what is!
Buck
At least Buck does not treat Boz like a sick kitty!
If love and sunshine can cure Boz, he's going to be just fine. Just the same, we're sending healing vibes and purrayers for the little guy.
I LOVE this little kid! We think about Boz all the time - sending lots of good energy his way - and definitely LOTS of LOVE!
Love the tail thwapping!
Boz may be little, but he definitely has an opinion, and he lets it be known when he is not pleased! LOL! Fortunately, he is usually pretty content. Another good day today. No vomiting, and a hearty appetite. I am starting to see a pattern that seems to be helping. I will keep you posted.
Boz is a fearless little guy!
Cuddles and good thoughts for him (and all the crew).
